 I use an integrated approach to therapeutic massage and each session will be designed to meet your specific needs on that day. I will complete a health history on your first appointment and ask that you update me as things change.

If you need an urgent appointment, please call or text me, and I will respond as soon as possible.  I don't take walk ins so please don't just stop by. Feel free to email me your questions or comments.  I look forward to hearing from you.
